Programme Terms Summary

By applying you agree to the following key terms of the NES AI Partner Programme:

• Incentives are calculated on the net subscription fee after deduction of VAT and payment gateway fees.
• The incentive rate is locked at the tier achieved in the month the referral is made.
• Apex partners earn a one-time Month 1 incentive only (40%). No recurring incentive.
• Alliance partners earn 40% Month 1, then 20% recurring for Months 2–12, then 10% from Month 13 onwards.
• Elite partners earn 40% Month 1, then 25% recurring for Months 2–12, then 12.5% from Month 13 onwards.
• Tier upgrades are automatic after 3 consecutive qualifying months. Downgrades require 30 days written notice.
• If a referred client cancels within 90 days, the Month 1 incentive may be partially clawed back.
• Self-referral is prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all unpaid incentives.
• This programme is governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

Full terms are set out in the NES AI Partner Programme Agreement which you will be required to sign electronically upon approval of your application.
