The Platform includes three AI voice agents that interact with your leads and clients on your behalf:

Call recordings and transcripts generated by these agents may be stored for up to 30 days for quality assurance. Callers should be informed that their call may be handled by an AI system. You, as the Platform subscriber, are responsible for ensuring your use of AI calling complies with applicable telecommunications regulations in your country.

The NES AI Platform is a business tool intended for use by organisations and their adult representatives. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
