The NES AI Platform uses essential cookies only — for session authentication and security. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies. The nes-ai.com landing page does not use analytics cookies by default.

The Platform includes three AI voice agents that interact with your leads and clients on your behalf:
Call recordings and transcripts generated by these agents may be stored for up to 30 days for quality assurance. Callers should be informed that their call may be handled by an AI system. You, as the Platform subscriber, are responsible for ensuring your use of AI calling complies with applicable telecommunications regulations in your country.
The NES AI Platform is a business tool intended for use by organisations and their adult representatives. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is always available at nes-ai.com/privacy.html.
